SRP# JGIR536P7R - Fixed a problem where Maps Extractor reports the error "Index Entry Has Too Many Levels".

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino release 5.0.5. An iSeries-specific (AS/400) fix was put into release
5.0.9 for iSeries.

SPR# SFRG4LCUPV - Fixed Maps Extractor error "Index entry has too many levels"
when the number of connection documents exceeded an internal limit. This limit
has been significantly increased.
